All sales are final once they have been shipped.
If your doll is damaged and it is our fault, please contact me. I am happy to discuss so we can resolve the issue. I want happy customers!
Do you accept layaway?
Yes! Layaway applies to any doll AU$100 and over. All layaway arrangements require a AU$50 deposit (non-refundable) and must be finalised within 6 weeks. Your doll will be reserved for you and marked as "SOLD" until you finalise your layaway purchase. After it is finalised, your doll will be posted to you. Please contact me at [email protected] if you wish to purchase with layaway.
Custom Orders
Yes! If you would like a custom order, please contact me at [email protected] to discuss your needs. All custom orders are priced according to the work involved. Lead time is approx. 6 weeks. However, this can change depending on the work involved and the current work schedule.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellations within 24 hours of sale will be accepted upon approval as long as the order has not been shipped. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all approved cancellations.
