She is made with high quality unbleached cotton fabric, lace and Liberty of London fabric detailing. Her bubble skirt is made with layers of soft tulle. Her neck frill is made of delicate tulle. Tilly's flower crown is made of beautiful wool felt. She is the perfect heirloom doll for any child who treasures special dolls. Tilly is approx. 60cm (23.5”) long.
